Prices

Transport costs and delivery times

Delivery is made on the ground floor of the house number indicated in the order, any requests by the Customer for transport to rooms above or below the ground floor are to be considered additional services and therefore taxed according to the fees to be assessed depending on the extent of the service.
It should be noted that the courier, before making the delivery, does not provide the TELEPHONE NOTICE service.

The right of withdrawal is also excluded in the following cases:
the returned item is not intact;
the item is returned without the original packaging and/or all accessories originally contained in the package;
partial withdrawal, understood as a withdrawal limited to a part of the sold item which forms a substantial and inseparable unity with it;
the item is not returned to Jo.Maison.Jo.
At the same time and within the same term for exercising the right of withdrawal (ten working days from the date of receipt of the item by the Consumer), the Consumer is required to return the item delivered to Jo.Maison.Jo. If the right of withdrawal has been exercised by the Consumer in accordance with all the above provisions, Jo.Maison.Jo undertakes to reimburse the sums paid by the Consumer within thirty days from the date on which Jo.Maison.Jo became aware the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Consumer, without prejudice to the costs incurred for shipping and the possible return of the goods to our warehouses, in the event of a request for collection by the customer by courier appointed by Jo.Maison.JoThese expenses are to be considered, in fact, services enjoyed that have nothing to do with the value of the goods.
